All halfboard packages include halfboard (breakfast and dinner buffet), free use of spa and gym, leisure programme. Holiday for minimun 7 nights include also smoke sauna visit during the Finnish traditional evening in Jätkänkämppä, the lumberjacks' lodge (every Tuesday and in summer also every Thursday).

Children under 4 years free of charge and children 4-14 yrs old pay 50 % of the adult's price.
Single supplement 28 € / night in the spa hotel and 61 € / night in the apartment hotel.
Superior-apartments: extra fees per one night in halfboard packages:
- two adults/apartment: 30 € / person
- three adults/apartment: 24 € / person
- four adults/apartment: 20 € / person
- more than four adults/apartment: 12 € / person
- children 4-14 yrs old: 50 % of the adult's price
